BMW ZF6HP Universal-Fit / Standalone Transmission Harness kit; 16-Way connector on the transmission side.
* Can be fitted to multiple vehicle manufacturers due to its Universal Fit on the recipient-vehicle end; with a total length of 1.875 metres (1875mm) ± 50 mm across each leg. * See detailed technical drawing. 

What’s in the box / kit?

A comprehensive, assembled wiring harness including:

  • 1 × 16-Way transmission connector
  • 1 × 3-Way connector — Powertrain CANbus
  • 1 × Spare CANbus output — future expansion, e.g. gear display indicator signal
  • 1 × 12-Way connector — Gear Selector patch harness *
  • 1 × 120Ω terminating resistor
  • Ready-to-terminate pigtail connectors
  • Instructions & manuals

Is it in stock, ready to go?

All our harnesses are built to order. Once your order is confirmed, we begin assembling your harness and it is shipped within 10 business days with a tracking number provided. However, we do our best to keep a few on the shelf.

How easy is it to install?

Like anything, preparation is key! We supply as much information as possible, and pinout diagrams for your vehicle will further assist you. The install is best left to a competent, qualified tradesperson — such as an auto electrician, though not limited to such. We're happy to assist where possible via phone or email. But let's be honest, if you're tackling this conversion, you've got this! Go on!

Product construction & materials

Constructed to a minimum standard, utilising Genuine or Direct-Equivalent Military Grade wiring, sheathing & components. These materials offer superior performance overall and are better suited to automotive use, where parts are exposed to harsh environments, solvents, chemicals, fluids, acids/fuels and mechanical abuse. Warranty

Products manufactured by Magnetic Motorsports carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty — 5 years *, and beyond at our discretion; repair or replace, worldwide. This is additional to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Consumable & serviceable items instead carry a warranty against defects — normal wear is not a defect.
