How easy is it to install?
A straightforward replacement for the original header tank seal. As with any seal, ensure the sealing surfaces are clean and undamaged before fitting. If unsure, we recommend fitting by a competent, qualified tradesperson. We are happy to assist where possible via phone or email.
Product construction & materials
Constructed utilising the right materials and processes for the products intended use. The seals are made from FKM (Fluoroelastomer / Viton) which have a high resistance to harsh fluids. Made to be able to be re-used due to its thicker design; Seal still achieves a perfect squish when the Header tank seal is installed.
Warranty
Consumable & serviceable items carry a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship — 1 year. This is additional to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
As these are wear items, they are not covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty. Normal wear, deterioration, and the effects of use, heat, age, and installation are not defects.
